Hey thanks for choosing me to style your hair. So excited to service you.

Things have changed around here so please read before booking your appointment.

There is deposit required for ALL SERVICES:

• It is non-refundable
•  $20 deposit for styles 2 hours or less and $50 for styles longer than 2 hours
  

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a fee.

The fees are as follows:

• You will be charged 100% of your balance if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without canceling. You will also no longer be able to book with me again.
•  You will be charge 50% of your balance if you cancel less than 24hours of your scheduled appt.

If for any reasons I am not able to process your fee an invoice will be sent and will need to be paid in 24hrs or you will no longer be able to book with me in the future.

Arriving to the salon:

Please arrive ready to be shampooed. Your hair needs to be free of your previous style, as I do not offer take down services. Your hair should be detangled. 

Please arrive on time. I like for my schedule to run smoothly. Very rarely will there ever be a wait. When you are late it cause my schedule to be behind. After 15 min your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee (see above for fee) Please purchase required hair prior to your appointment, getting you hair minutes before your appointment is unacceptable.

I only service children 5 and up:

1. Your child must be able to sit without moving constantly.
2. Your child may use their devices while being serviced, unless they can not hold their head in the position needed to complete the style.

If you know your child is not ready to be serviced in a salon please consider booking at a later time when they are ready.
